Flexographic printing is used to print labels that display a high quality image. Through the use of 4-color process, it's possible for us to print high resolution images and other detailed reproductions quickly and efficiently. The flexo process involves creating film negatives that are then used to create rubber plates that transfer ink to the desired material. We have the ability to create films and plates in-house which gives us complete control over the printing process from start to finish. Our seven color presses are capable of printing high resolution labels at a rapid rate, helping to keep your costs down, while maintaining superior label quality.

We are able to provide our customers with an excellent method of product identification for food labeling, coupon rewards products, and other promotional products such as colorful magnetic reminders. • Laminations and UV varnishes can also be applied to provide a glossy appearance and will also enhance the wear resistance and moisture repelling characteristics of the final label.

• Flexo labels are most commonly supplied on a roll for easy dispensing by machine or by hand application. Labels can also be supplied in sheet form for distribution by the customer for application onto the product as needed.
